The work of the research network will be highly interactive. It is anticipated that many aspects of the individual project’s approach will be shaped and fine-tuned by the interaction of the entire group!
It is envisioned that the network will be enlarged during the second or third year by a group that specialises in motivational psychology. The reason for a later expansion lies in the necessity of the group to create baselines and standard operating procedures that
form the basis for further investigations into motivational parameters.
